Leys Estate is offering local enterprises the opportunity to rent The Steading on a short-term basis for pop-up shops making it ideal for businesses and artists looking for unique retail, studio or workshop space on a short commercial basis.

The Milton of Crathes complex is an exclusive courtyard development, set within converted farm buildings nestled on the edge of the River Dee.

The Steading combines rustic external appearance with a versatile space suitable for a variety of different commercial uses. Along with some display units, Pop-up shops will have the use of a selection of upcycled furniture from ‘Upcycled with Love x’ to display their products.

Last autumn, The Steading welcomed a wide range of pop-up shops with everything from photography to arts and crafts, wooden sculptures, clothing and jewellery being showcased by artists and makers.

The Steading will be open Friday and Saturdays – 10.30am – 4.30pm and from 11.30am on Sundays.

The Steading’s opening weekend will be 30th April – 2nd May and it will be open throughout May and June.
